• Shift: 12-hour Nights
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1820 – $1950 per week

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible to practice in Montana
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
• Experience in critical access hospital or rural healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations
• Support the hospital team with additional duties as needed in a critical access setting
