Eduro Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Deer Lodge, MT. The role provides direct nursing care and supports the nursing team in a long‑term care facility.

• Monitor patient vital signs and document findings.
• Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Administer medication and communicate changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collect specimen samples as needed.
• Participate in patient care planning and prepare patients for transfers or discharge.
• Assist in medical procedures and manage emergency medical situations.

• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Completion of orientation and training/competency evaluation program required.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
