The CRNA will provide inpatient and outpatient anesthesia services for medical and surgical procedures within the operating room, clinics, and other clinical settings as required. This is a 24/7 hospital environment

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required
• Previous IHS or tribal facility experience preferred
• Locum tenens experience is a plus
• Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted CRNA license from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. Territory
• Any state license accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS preferred)
• Must be willing and able to pass Federal Security Clearance prior to hire

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for surgical, obstetric, emergency, and procedural cases
• Perform pre‑anesthetic assessments and post‑anesthesia follow‑up care
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in on‑call coverage as scheduled

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program (MSN, DNP, or DNAP required)
• National Board Certification (NBCRNA)
• Active, unrestricted CRNA license with no disciplinary actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including call
• Must be a U.S. citizen
