CSKT Tribal Health Department seeks a Registered Nurse Care Manager in the Ronan/Polson area. The position requires a Montana RN license (or compact equivalent), a valid driver's license, and BLS; ACLS and care coordination certification are preferred. Level 1 requires ASN;
Level 2 requires BSN.

Applicants must submit tribal application, transcripts, licensure, and DD214 if veterans' preference applies. Position is testing designated with mandatory pre-hire drug testing and six-month probation.
