Position OverviewNuWest is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week travel contract in Circle, Montana. This day-shift role supports patients with daily care needs under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Housing is provided for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
- Observe patients and document care accurately in patient records
- Keep patient rooms and care areas clean, safe, and well stocked
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being
- Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to work the 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM day shift
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
