Animal Care Center seeks an associate veterinarian for our mixed animal practice in Hardin, Montana.

At Animal Care Center, we treat a variety of small and large animals—primarily dogs, cats, horses, and cows. Our support staff and doctors have been with our practice for years and built great relationships with the community. There are no average days at our hospital, and our team is happy to provide (and receive!) mentorship from each other to be successful.

Our facility is modern and well-equipped to help us perform a wide range of services, from general wellness to surgery, dental, and mixed animal care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mixed animal veterinarian who prioritizes preventative health and is confident performing wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures. Top consideration will be given to experienced veterinarians; however, we’re also open to new graduates and are happy to provide mentorship.

Whether you want part-time or full-time hours, you will join a collaborative and experienced team. Our doctors have special interests in orthopedic surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, herd health, and emergency/critical care. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with loved ones, horseback riding, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

• Provide preventative care, wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures for small and large animals (primarily dogs, cats, horses, and cows).
• Collaborate with support staff and doctors; participate in mentorship and knowledge exchange to support client care and team success.
• Contribute to a wide range of services from general wellness to surgery, dental work, and mixed animal care.

• Interest in mixed animal practice with comfort performing preventive care, diagnostics, and surgical procedures.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship.
• Ability to work part-time or full-time; strong teamwork and communication skills.
