• Act as kitchen manager when the Chef is off duty
• Create daily specials highlighting local ingredients and Montana‑inspired cuisine
• Expedite orders
• Train and invest in the culinary team’s learning and growth
• Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and other operational tasks
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen stations
• Maintain state and federal food safety standards
• Assist as needed with setup of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

• 1‑3 years high‑volume culinary management experience required
• Current Serv‑Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate required
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest experience
• Ability to work solo or as part of a team
• Commitment to Safety First and highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Organized with a great eye for detail
• Kind to others and always brings best self to the workplace
• Good communicator, suggesting ideas and solutions

The starting wage for this role is $25.50 per hour.
