Responsibilities- Assist in preparing deli meats and vegetables for service
- Track all items being produced for other departments
- Track all food waste and ensure compliance with food code standards
- Prepare food items for the coffee shop and retail establishments on property
- Prepare and maintain simple syrups and garnishes for the bar
- Follow federal, state, and company policies for serving alcoholic beverages
- Keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Act as a utility player capable of completing a variety of job duties
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1‑2 years of F&B experience preferred
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to team and guest service
- Willingness and ability to work solo or as part of a team
- Commitment to Safety First and high standards of cleaning & sanitizing
- Organized with a great eye for detail
- Kind to others and consistently brings your best self to work
- Effective communicator who suggests ideas and solutions
The starting wage for this role is $16.00/hour.
