On Call Banquet & Catering Server/Bartender Winter '25-'26 — Yellowstone Club, Big Sky, Montana. This is an on-call, seasonal position with responsibilities centered on providing exemplary banquet and catering service to Members and guests.

• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club responsibly with Members and guests, and ensure that all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster a positive working environment.
• Take and serve orders. Bus tables, carry dishes and trays of food and glassware.
• Attend to Members and guests upon entrance. Learn Members’ names quickly.
• Relay any special dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff.
• Work in collaboration with other teammates to deliver Member and guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work station.
• Efficient use of the POS system, including ringing in tickets, closing out shifts, and noting special requests, and managing comps and voids.

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training or related coursework.
• 2-3+ years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant; 3-5 years in a smaller, full-service restaurant would be considered.
• Serv Safe and TIPS certifications.
• Clear and effective communication with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors, and Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

The position offered is On-Call, seasonal, and located in Big Sky, Montana.
