• Support purchasing management in Birch Street by tracking, reviewing, auditing, and monitoring daily purchase orders created by in-park and office staff
• Resolve discrepancies and cancel incorrect purchase orders, contacting staff to redo as needed
• Receive all Birch Street purchase orders accurately and timely, resolve receiving and invoice issues, and audit invoices as requested
• Sort, verify, and file all invoices to ensure accurate PO numbers and receipt
• Support Accounts Payable with blanket invoice receiving and unmatched issues, and email invoices to Accounts Payable for processing
• Serve as a point of contact, along with the Operations Support Specialist, for store and office staff on Birch Street orders and invoices, and with management for vendors regarding missing or incorrect invoices
• Assist management in training and retraining associates on Birch Street

• Well-organized self-starter with an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn
  Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with purchasing and inventory management systems preferred but not required
• Experience working with vendors and training team members
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer

• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and phone frequently throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed to sort and file invoices

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. occasionally
