Blue Mountain Builders LLC is hiring full-time Carpenters to join our Field Operations team. We’re looking for skilled tradespeople who can handle all aspects of residential framing under the direction of a foreman. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work hard building high-quality homes, we want to hear from you. Perform all aspects of framing residential structures

Follow direction from the on‑site foreman to meet quality and safety standards

Interpret and work from blueprints and construction plans

Assist with material handling and staging

Use power tools and hand tools to complete daily tasks

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Contribute to the timely completion of construction phases

3+ years of residential construction experience preferred

Strong framing skills and general carpentry knowledge

Ability to take direction and follow through with minimal supervision

High school diploma or GED required

Must be reliable, punctual, and physically capable of demanding labor

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation preferred

Year-End Bonus
