Road Maintenance Tech​/CDL Equipment Operator

Yellowstone Club is seeking candidates for this multi-skill, full-time, year-round position with duties varying by season. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment and performing manual labor tasks across the property. Equipment operated includes dump trucks, plow vehicles, water trucks, excavators, motor graders, backhoes, forklifts, lowboys, wheel loaders, tractors, and similar machinery. Additional construction and manual labor duties may be required.

• Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Understanding and applying earth-moving and grading practices.
• Performing snow removal and utility installation tasks.
• Transporting equipment safely around the property and learning the roadways.
• Following verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and lifting up to 70 lbs when necessary.
• Utilizing basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

• High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or relevant coursework.
• Over 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Recommended Class B CDL with air brake and at least 1-year commercial driving experience.
• Ability to memorize snow plow routes and work in all weather conditions, day or night.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand instructions.
• Preferred experience with operating light and heavy equipment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.
• Must pass random drug screenings and adhere to safety practices.
