• Active and valid California RN License (required for California nursing jobs)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with ICU/critical care experience
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination/boosters preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver direct patient care within ICU scope of practice
• Educate and support patients and families, and supervise other nursing personnel
• Uphold standards of care, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient condition, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic studies
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and treatment response
