Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to professional and personal development with paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and supportive community.
What You'll DoYou are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for making your store a success. An 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided.
Responsibilities- Lead the operation of a single Panda Express store
- Hire, train, supervise, and develop associates
- Achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction
- Participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training

- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Work environment details: counter areas may be hot with steam, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, fast-paced environment, etc. Strong communication and adaptability required.

Pay RangePay Range: $29.50 - $32.50 per hour. Within range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee of bonuses and reserves the right to modify bonus programs.
