We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Work the register - you'll use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix
• Let your voice be heard! You'll communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners
• Support the maintenance of the store; you'll help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Smells like Team Spirit – you love communicating and working as a team to get the job done
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy & all things pop culture, you're in the right place!
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• You need to be at least 16 years old to join the fandom force
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• The usual retail skills (with or without reasonable accommodation): able to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and pack/unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Please note that the final salary will depend on factors such as education, location, experience, and meeting minimum job requirements.
