Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control following company policies.

• Work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
