Responsibilities- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in similar role and duties (Dentist, Doctor, and Accounting firms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and able to set and follow up on appointments.

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
