• 5,000 Annual case volume; 7 ORs
• Case mix:
  General, Ortho, Trauma, No OB
• Higher rate for any time worked outside of scheduled week
• Case Mix Includes:
  • Trauma
  • General surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • ENT
  • Urology
  • GI
  • Neurovascular
