Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon
Mountainside Medical Center, in partnership with Mountainside Medical Group, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team in Montclair, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established, thriving community hospital and group practice that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint replacement, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases.
- Perform surgical procedures in state-of-the-art operating suites equipped with advanced imaging and navigation technologies.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, physical therapists, radiologists, and other specialists to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, educational programs, and community outreach events, as desired.
- Foster strong relationships with referring providers and community partners.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained candidates in subspecialties (sports medicine, total joints, trauma, hand, etc.) are encouraged to apply
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
Salary starting at $400,000 per year
