**** Summary
* * The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors in Finance to teach undergraduate-level courses. Courses may be offered in person, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on scheduling and program needs. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
** Responsibilities**:
* Teach one or two undergraduate courses in Finance
* Review course materials and coordinate course activities with the course lead instructor.
* Prepare and deliver course content aligned with departmental and course learning goals and student outcomes
* Provide students with timely, appropriate, and specific feedback
* Grade assignments and exams within 72 hours
* Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours
* Collaborate with departmental faculty and staff as needed to ensure instructional quality
* Comply with university policies and procedures, including timely submission of grades and course syllabi
** Qualifications**:  
** Required**:
* Master’s degree in Finance, MBA or a related discipline
* Three or more years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: personal finance, financial planning, financial technology, corporate finance, investments, estate planning, and retirement planning
** Preferred
* ** College-level teaching experience (in-person and/or online)
* Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management
