YMCA of Montclair seeks a dedicated Teen Center Lead to guide after-school programming and events in the Montclair Teen Center. You will work closely with the Teen Director to plan activities, supervise part-time staff, manage inventory, and ensure safe, engaging experiences for teens.
Ideal candidates bring at least two years of teen programming experience, a collaborative mindset, and CPR/First Aid certification (or plan to obtain within 90 days). Flexibility for a varied schedule is essential.
