- Availability for at least one PM and one‑weekend shift

- Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.).
- Ensure the service room, equipment, and tools are kept clean and in compliance with established licensure standards. All required supplies are provided.
- Weekend availability is required—team members must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday, including both day and evening shifts.

- Consideration for qualified candidates at the beginning of their careers who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
- Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
- License/certification required in the state of practice. Must present a New Jersey license during the interview process and maintain the original license throughout employment if hired.
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
- Availability during prime earning potential periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 6 hours. Tasks may vary from day to day and from task to task.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, hearing ability, and visual acuity.
