The Physical Therapist is responsible for collaborating with physicians, nurses, other therapists, social workers, and other members of the patient care team to develop a patient‑specific care and treatment plan.

Job Requirements:

• Successful completion of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education.
• New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Demonstrates proficiency in treating pelvic floor issues in both male and female patients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer/patient‑centric attitude and behavior.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
