As a Mentor, you will provide personalized assistance and companionship. This includes:

• Facilitating community engagement (outings, social activities).
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Supporting skill development and independence goals.
• Assisting with daily living activities as needed.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with adults or children with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
