Hopes Promise Respite is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support participants in Monmouth County and surrounding areas. The right candidate s will be ready to bring their skills where they're needed to support children with developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day—helping individuals live more independently, engage in their communities, and achieve their personal goals.

• Build meaningful relationships with those you support
• Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in every interaction
• Plan and implement activities at home and at community locations
• Maintain the safety of those you support
• Maintain accurate records including any safety or behavioral issues
• Maintain compliance with all program standards

• Available Saturdays and/or Sundays on a consistent basis
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to empowering others
• Experience supporting people individual/developmental disabilities and behaviors
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
