Compensation$90 to $100 per hour

Your RoleAs an IIC Therapist, you will:
- Provide individual and family therapy in the home or community setting
- Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments
- Support youth in building coping skills, resilience, and healthy relationships
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CSOC and Medicaid standards
- Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering youth
