Working in a family's home 2 to 3 times per week (after school, evenings and/or weekend hours) for approximately 2 hours per visit
Implementing and teaching therapeutic behavior management strategies
Fostering positive behaviors
Promoting emotional regulation in clients.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred
Minimum of one year experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges
Comfortable working in a family's home
Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities:Work with referred children and families in the counties that you agree to provide services in
Implementing behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes.
Providing strengths based support to children and families
Coordinating visit schedule with family and child
Attending monthly virtual supervision meeting
Completing required virtual training hours for Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
