Litigation Paralegal - Bilingual Spanish

• Draft, file, and serve complaints
• Draft and respond to discovery demands, motions, and related filings
• Manage and maintain the litigation calendar and case deadlines
• Request and follow up on records from medical providers and other entities
• Comply to court orders and deadlines
• Perform legal research as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiff side of personal injury
• Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Fluency in Spanish is a requirement
• Proficient in litigation procedures and calendaring
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping injured clients
