• Consistently achieve and exceed studio revenue and membership targets
• Lead innovative, community-focused outreach and lead generation initiatives
• Drive member referrals through strategic engagement and incentive programs
• Convert leads through personalized sales interactions

• Champion member retention with proactive relationship-building and support

• Inspire and manage a high-performing, motivated team
• Oversee daily studio operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency

• Be the face of the studio and build strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community

• Deliver a five-star experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels
• Promote a studio culture that is welcoming, empowering, and inclusive
• Ensure every member feels supported, seen, and motivated to reach their goals

• Lead local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility
• Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations
