Own and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets

Convert leads into long-term members through expert sales conversations, tours, and follow-ups

Leverage local marketing, referrals, and outreach to drive studio awareness and lead flow

Create retention strategies and deliver a white-glove experience that keeps members coming back

Recruit, train, and manage a passionate team of fitness coaches and front desk staff

Lead daily operations with confidence and precision

Be the face of the studiobuilding strong relationships with every member and guest

Foster a high-energy, inclusive, and professional environment that reflects the BFT brand

Represent BFT at local events, schools, and wellness partnerships

Collaborate with the corporate team to execute seasonal campaigns and new member challenges

Drive social media presence and online engagement to build community buzz

Experienced in boutique fitness sales and studio operations
