We are looking for a baking and pastry professional to lead our team of artisan bakers. As a Head Baker/ pastry chef at Somedays Bakery, you will produce artisan laminated dough products. This role will report directly to ownership and will run the general day to day operations of the back of house. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about laminated dough and enjoy leading a hardworking and passionate team of bakers.
You should be passionate about your craft and determined to produce the highest quality products while adhering to Somedays’ quality and recipes. The goal is to offer the best customer experience possible so that we can expand and elevate the Somedays’ brand until it is synonymous with the best Croissants in the country. This position will be part of the opening team for our new Park Ave location in Manhattan.
