Jones Road Beauty was founded by makeup artist Bobbi Brown on the philosophy that the world doesn't need more beauty products. It needs better beauty products. Clean, strategic, high-grade formulations that work on every skin type and tone—and that are as simple to use as they are to master. Jones Road is a lifetime of beauty knowledge, distilled.
About the RoleWe're hiring a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help drive new customer acquisition through paid media. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll support day-to-day campaign management across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, App Lovin, and emerging platforms.
You'll help run creative tests, keep reporting accurate, and make sure every launch goes out clean. This is a hands-on role built for someone with 2–3 years of performance marketing experience who wants to grow fast. Agency backgrounds are a great fit. If you've managed multiple accounts, worked to tight turnarounds, and learned a lot in a short time, you'll feel at home here.
You'll work in the platforms every day and get close to the strategy behind them. Over time, you'll take on more ownership of tests, analysis, and channel decisions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership without waiting to be asked, sweat the details, and are curious about why things are working (or not).
