• Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000‑square‑foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting‑edge technology, and patient‑focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27‑bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.

• The Nurse Manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care.
• As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit‑based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing, and education program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required
• Minimum of 3‑5 years’ clinical nursing experience in endoscopy unit required
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• Maintains current ACLS certifications
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
