Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Travel Opportunity. The organization is seeking a qualified Telemetry (TELE) RN for night shifts in a busy healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac monitoring needs. The position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a commitment to patient safety.

  Tele RN (Registered Nurse) responsible for delivering patient care mainly during night shifts, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and emergency response.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (Basic Life Support); valid NJ state license.
• Location Requirements:
  Must hold a valid state or compact license at time of submission.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemetry, Med/Surg, or Telemetry units.
• Schedule:
  
  Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Patient Ratios: 6 patients per night shift.
• Additional Qualifications:
  
  Interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, management of dysrhythmias, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management, and telemetry unit experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with Epic charting system and community hospital setting.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements:
  State or compact license must be in hand  (Right To Off) preferences must be listed vious staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.
• Onboarding:
  Completion of core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing; onsite modules during orientation.
