We are looking for a responsible, experienced Line cook to join our kitchen team at Palazzo Restaurant in Montclair, NJ. This position is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, is organized, and has strong leadership skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
- Support inventory and ordering when needed.
- Previous experience line cook experience.
- Ability to lead and work efficiently during busy shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
