Insomnia Cookies is a fast‑growing, late‑night sweet‑indulgence company. We are opening a new location at 332 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042 and hiring Cookie Crew members.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain zero shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitize, and keep the bakery area pristine.

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred.
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
