We are a growing company seeking a resourceful and dedicated individual to fill the role of Interior Design Sales Consultant.

• 3+ years of experience in Interior Design role in home furnishings setting or design firm. Existing trade relationships are a plus but not required.
• Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and consistently resourceful.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close sales.
• Experience managing client projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers and vendor partners.
• Kindness and patience.
• Must be very comfortable leveraging technology to support our business needs – Experience using Shopify, Shopify POS, Gorgias/Zendesk or similar CRM, Canva, Google Suite, Google Meet, Room Planner or equivalent.
• Ability to leverage and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Available to work in our Montclair, NJ showroom full time, 5 days per week. Weekends required. Flex schedule for 1 weekend off each month.
