Role OverviewAs a Sales Manager In Training
, you will be the face of the studio, welcoming prospective members and guiding them through their fitness journey. Youll master the art of consultative selling, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive membership growth. With every conversation, youll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for fitness.
This is a growth roleideal for someone who wants to transition into a full-time Sales Manager position as the studio scales.
Key Responsibilities- Drive membership sales through in-person tours, calls, texts, and local outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting member relationships
- Manage and maintain the studios sales funnel and CRM system
- Work closely with studio leadership to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent the BFT brand with professionalism, positivity, and purpose
- Participate in occasional local marketing and promotional events
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fitness is a plusbut not required
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with all types of people
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
- Willingness to work one Saturday day per week
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $15.49
- 10% commission on all sales (Typical commission: $20 per sale)
