The Operations Manager manages the operations and personnel for locations with _truck unitscomprisedof one or more locations. Roles including Technicians-In-Charge, and/or Customer Service Coordinators, as well as Technicians, Service Employees and/or a Parts Responsible Person report to you and are there to support the needs of the assigned location. The Operations Manager must be able toaccomplishresults through the effective delegation of work and responsibilities, thus ensuring businessobjectivesand labor requirements are met.

Ops Managers are responsible for ensuring that financial requirements are being met while balancing the needs of the customers against the requirements of the business. This position is responsible forthe management of location(s) performance against comprehensive metrics to meet and/or exceed assignedobjective s. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the location is in compliance withand properly executing all key company processes, Standard Operating Procedure sand Standard Repair Practices.
