Overview

Montebello Care Center is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to be the newest member of our team. Shift: PM or NOC Shift Part-time. Salary Range: $34.00 or more depending on experience and skills.

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status;
• Medication administration;
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
