Position: Restorative Nursing Assistant — Mobility & Rehab Support

Eastland Sub Acute & Rehabilitation in Montebello, CA is seeking an RNA to join our Therapy Department under Charge Nurse supervision. The RNA performs restorative nursing to help residents reach mobility goals, supports CNA staff, and maintains safe, dignified care.

Requirements include GED, CNA program, one year CNA SNF experience, RNA certificate, COVID-19 vaccination, and First Aid/CPR. The role emphasizes documentation, ROM exercises, and daily progress notes.
