Overview
Polly’s bussers assist in guest services by maintaining the Polly’s standard of Fresh, Friendly, Above and Beyond Expectations. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the dining area.
Responsibilities- Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths.
- Keep floors and carpets free of debris.
- Empty trash bin in the bus station.
- Keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked.
- Assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages.
- Pre-buss tables when appropriate.
- Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills.
- Keep the lobby and restrooms clean.
- Keep bussing station organized and free of clutter.
- Effective communication, good organization skills
- Sanitation and safety oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Time management
- Cooperative and team oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
