We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that your assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and drive additional sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix updates.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Work as a team, communicating effectively to get the job done.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 an hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
