Position: Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist (Brossard)
Location: Brossard

Job Summary  Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist is responsible for independently supporting activities related to accounts receivable management. He/she also performs any other related tasks that may be required for this position.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)   Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
Primarily focus on US customers
Analyze and issue credit notes
Coordinate prepaid orders
Solve complex customer questions and issues
Coordinate tasks with the team
Validate and maintain procedures
Record cash receipts
Perform month‑end closing tasks
Perform SOX controls
Any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this job
Skills and Minimum Experience Required   Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in accounts receivable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with an ERP system (Infor and Oracle)
Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
Exhibit autonomy and organization
Hybrid work environment – 2/5 days at Brossard’s office
Knowledge of French required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec.
