Entreprise familiale bien établie en construction et gestion immobilière recherche un(e) contrôleur(euse) adjoint(e) pour soutenir la contrôleuse dans les opérations financières.

Responsabilités :

Cycle comptable complet et production des états financiers
Analyses financières, budgets et fins d’année
Gestion comptable liée aux immeubles (baux, facturation, frais communs)
Paie, DAS et déclarations TPS/TVQ
Participation à l’amélioration des processus

Profil :

5+ ans d’expérience en comptabilité
BAC en comptabilité (atout)
Autonome, structuré(e), proactif(ve)
Expérience en immobilier (atout)
Maîtrise d’Excel et outils comptables
