Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist independently supports activities related to accounts receivable management and performs any additional tasks as required.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
Mostly focus on US customers
Analyze and issue credit notes
Coordinate prepaid orders
Resolve complex customer questions and issues
Coordinate tasks with the team
Validate and maintain procedures
Record cash receipts
Perform month‑end closing tasks
Execute SOX controls
Handle any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this role
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Essential
Minimum of ten years’ experience in accounts receivable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with an ERP system (Infor and Oracle)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
Exhibit autonomy and organization
Other
Hybrid work environment – 2/5 days at Brossard’s office
Knowledge of French required for positions permanently located in Quebec
