Position: Senior Accounts Receivable Role at Acuity Brands
Location: Brossard

Step into a pivotal role at Acuity Brands as a Senior Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist. Focus primarily on US customer management within a hybrid work environment based in Brossard.

In this position, you will report to the Manager of Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable activities, issuing credit notes, and addressing complex customer inquiries. You will also coordinate with your team to maintain seamless operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct accountability for US customer accounts receivable

• Analyze and process credit notes accurately

• Coordinate prepaid orders to ensure efficiency

• Solve complex customer problems effectively

• Perform month-end closing and SOX controls

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledgeable about ERP systems, particularly Infor or Oracle

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Strong organizational skills and autonomy required
