Senior Accounts Receivable Management Specialist

This position reports to the Manager of Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections. With a decade of accounts receivable experience, you will conduct credit analyses, validate procedures, and coordinate team tasks. Effective communication in both French and English is required for collaborating with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global accounts receivable tasks thoroughly

• Analyze and issue credit notes based on customer needs

• Address and troubleshoot complex inquiries from clients

• Coordinate cash receipt recordings accurately

• Execute month-end closing tasks and SOX compliance

Requirements:

• At least ten years’ experience in accounts receivable

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication

• Strong organizational skills and autonomy

• Hybrid work format requiring 2 days at Brossard office
