Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide support in payroll processing and related administrative tasks. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
Verify employee hours and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain payroll records and documentation.
Respond to payroll inquiries from employees.
Support year-end reporting and tax filing activities.
Requirements Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of payroll software and databases.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
Experience with compliance regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Certifications in payroll or accounting.
