I am currently seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Technician for my client based in Châteauguay. This is a permanent, on-site position.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Verify, record, and file invoices.
• Make payments to suppliers and track payments received.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Follow up on overdue accounts.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers.
• Participate in month-end activities and prepare required reports.
• Adhere to accounting policies and procedures.

• DEC in accounting, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software or an ERP system (a plus).
• Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
